Our Coverage
Every city below is on a regular weekly route. We don’t take an address we can’t service well — if you’re on this list, we’re already passing through your neighborhood.
Our home base and where every weekly route starts. We work every neighborhood from Concord Hills on the east side, through the established homes near Cassopolis and Bristol Avenue, down to the newer southeast subdivisions off County Road 17. Commercial properties along Cassopolis and Main, residential routes across town. We’re closer to your driveway than any of our competitors.
Eight miles south of Elkhart on US-33, Goshen is one of our heaviest residential routes. We service the older neighborhoods near downtown and around Goshen College, along with the established homes off Maple Avenue and Plymouth Avenue. Plenty of weekly mowing accounts here, plus a regular fall cleanup load near the oak-lined streets. Same response times as Elkhart — we’re already passing through twice a week.
West of us along US-20, Mishawaka splits between established homes near Battell Park and the newer subdivisions running up Cleveland Road and Day Road. Steady commercial accounts along Grape Road and Main Street, and the residential side stays strong year-round. About 25 minutes from our shop, but we route Mishawaka and South Bend together so scheduling stays tight and your day-of-week stays the same.
The western edge of our service area. We’re strongest in the neighborhoods east of downtown — Sunnymede, Twyckenham — plus the properties on the north side near Notre Dame. A little further from base, so booking windows can run a day or two longer than Elkhart, but we keep regular routes through here every week. Storm cleanup priority is the same wherever you are.
Premium residential country north of Mishawaka and east of South Bend. Larger lots, newer construction, properties that get noticed when the edges are sharp and the mulch is fresh. Plenty of weekly mowing accounts up here, with heavy spring and fall cleanup work. We bring the same crew to every visit so your property gets known, not handed off — and our Granger routes run twice a week minimum.
Northeast of Elkhart along SR-15, more rural than the rest of our footprint. Bigger lots, country properties, longer driveways. Less weekly mowing here than in town — more cleanup, leaf haul-off, and seasonal maintenance work. We’re often the only crew willing to drive the 15 minutes out for these properties, and we’ve built a loyal route here because of it.
Just over the Indiana–Michigan state line, about 20 minutes northwest. Quiet established neighborhoods plus commercial work along US-31. Residential routes through downtown and out toward the river, with a steady mix of small businesses on the commercial side. We’ve been running the same Niles route for nearly a year — clients here tend to keep us once they’ve had us.
Lake country. Eagle Lake properties make up most of our work here, with bed maintenance and shoulder-season cleanups on the smaller surrounding lots. Lake-house clients book mostly seasonal packages — open-up in spring, close-out in fall — and we know how to work around dock access and lake-side beds. About 25 minutes from Elkhart, and worth every mile.

We take landscaping project work in the Indianapolis area — design and build, sod installation, and landscaping restoration. Project jobs are scheduled as multi-day work, so the drive is built into the plan rather than charged to you as a surprise.
Project work only. Recurring mowing routes and snow removal stay in the Michiana area — a weekly route or a same-storm snow call doesn’t work from three hours out, and we’d rather say so than take the job and let you down.
