How quickly will I hear back?

Every inquiry gets a real reply. We work through them in the order they come in. If we're slammed and it'll take us a bit, you'll get a heads-up — not silence.

Is the quote a flat fee or hourly?

Flat per-visit pricing for mowing. Per-project pricing for landscaping and cleanups. No surprise hourly creep, no “ran long, here's the bill”. The number we send is the number you pay.

What if my address isn't quite in your area?

If you're within about 20 minutes of Elkhart, we usually still service it. Submit anyway and we'll let you know honestly. If we can't, we can usually point you toward someone who can.

Do I need to be home for the quote?

No. We use aerial view and a drive-by if needed — the front yard tells us most of what we need to know. If your property has access stuff we can't see from the street (back gate, fenced areas), drop it in the Notes field and we'll account for it.

How do you bill?

Invoice via email after each visit (mowing) or at project completion (landscaping & cleanups). Pay by card, check, or e-transfer — whatever's easiest. No subscriptions, no auto-bill traps, no surprise charges.

What if I want to cancel a scheduled visit?

48 hours notice and it's no charge, easy. Same-day cancels may incur a partial fee if we've already mobilized for your property — gas, drive time, that kind of thing. Just call us.
